Adrian Gottlieb began Atelier study during his undergraduate years at RIT''s School of Art & Design. Eager for training in pragmatic methods of drawing and painting, he enhanced his university studies by attending Charles H. Cecil Studios in Florence, Italy for 3 summer terms. It was under the tutelage of Charles Cecil (trained by R.H. Ives Gammell and Richard Frederick Lack), that Adrian was first exposed to the near lost drawing and painting techniques developed from the Renaissance through 19th Century French academic tradition

Bill Perkins BFA with honors 1980, Art Center College of Design. After graduating, Bill pursued a career in fine art and established gallery affiliations in California, New Mexico and Arizona. In 1983, he and three other artists established the Plein-air Artists of California. In 1985, the Monterey Peninsula Museum of Art featured a show for them based on their painting journey through Italy, France and Spain. His paintings have been exhibited at the Springfield Museum in Utah, and with the National Watercolor Society. Bill has been a member of the Plein-air painters of America since 1985. In 1986, Bill began his film career at Walt Disney Feature Animation, while continuing to develop his fine art skills on the side. He is recognized by Who''s Who in Art Education in California and has taught at Art Center College of Design, Associates in Art as well as his current stint at the Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art

Charles Hu holds a bachelor degree from Art Center College of Design with full scholarship. While still in school, he was hired by Associates in Art to teach figure drawing. As soon as he graduated, he was offered and hired to teach figure drawing and painting from L.A. Academy of Figurative Arts. He is currently teaching figure drawing at The Art Institute of California. He also conducts a painting workshop at Art Center College of Design

Erik Olson - B.F.A. Art Center College of Design 1987; Freelance illustrator for clients including: Warner Bros Records, Walt Disney, Paramount Pictures, Knotts Berry Farm, Doubleday Books, Berkeley Books, Avon Books, Sega Games, Atari Corp., Hanna Barbara, Emerald Pictures, TSR, Inc., DHL Express, Keds Shoes, Inc., Mindspring Software, DAW Books, Nintendo Inc. Erik also teaches classes in conceptual imagery, painting and perspective, and is working on paintings for exhibition early next year

Nathan Fowkes studied traditional painting and entertainment design at Art Center College of Design where he graduated with honors. He has been a popular teacher of portrait painting at various art schools for the last 3 years. He is currently a color stylist and visual development artist at Dreamworks where his screen credits include such films as The Prince of Egypt and Spirit, Stallion of the Cimarron. His professional lists of clients include: DreamWorks, Disney, Hanna-Barbara, Spectra Entertainment, The Sands Hollywood Casino and Hirakata Park in Japan

Sergio Sanchez - Studied under the tutelage of Mark Westermoe at Associates in Art. Sergio teaches

Tony Pro received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge and at the same time attended California Art Institute where he studied with famed illustrator, Glenn Orbik. Pro, also, has painted in the tutelage of legends like that of Richard Schmid and Morgan Weistling
