Michael Jackson''s sister La Toya has admitted she won''t watch the upcoming movie about her brother because it''s "too soon" after his death.

The 53-year-old has seen some footage from documentary This Is It - which will premiere around the globe on October 28 - but told Access Hollywood she can''t watch the whole movie just yet.

"I have no plans to see it - it''s a bit too soon for me, it really is," said the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant.

The King of Pop''s mum Katherine Jackson also said she won''t be heading to the cinema to see the film, which contains footage from rehearsals for the singer''s This Is It concerts, which he was preparing for when he died in June.

She said: "I don''t think I can bear to look at it right now. But eventually in time, I will watch it."

Just a week after Los Angeles police stated they had not ruled out homicide in the death of Michael Jackson, the pop star�s older sister, La Toya Jackson, says she truly believes Michael was murdered.

�I believe Michael was murdered,� she said. �I felt that from the start. Not just one person was involved, rather it was a conspiracy of people. He was surrounded by a bad circle. Michael was a very meek, quiet, loving person. People took advantage of that. People fought to be close to him, people who weren�t always on his side.�

La Toya blames his �shadowy entourage� for giving him the prescription drugs.

�They got him hooked on drugs,� she said. �He was pure and clean and then drugs came back into his system. I think it shocked his system so much it killed him.�

Toxicology tests will take several more weeks to reveal a definitive cause of death, La Toya is quite sure the results will confirm her fears.

�He had needle marks on his neck and on his arms and more about those will emerge in the next few weeks,� she said. � I cannot discuss that any further as I may jeopardize the investigation. I can, however, say that I have not changed my mind about my feeling that Michael was murdered.�

She added: �It will all come out. You will be shocked.�

La Toya, 53, who said Michael �was the loneliest man in the world�, also states he was forced into doing 50 concerts in London and was kept away from his family as he went to rehearsals, costume fittings and vocal lessons at all hours.

�It�s impossible even for a healthy person to do that many shows,� she said. �Michael was fragile. He always wanted to believe the best of people. But he was meek. In the last few months, he became isolated. I believe the staff were given strict instructions that if any of the family called, not to tell him. And if any of the family came by, not to let them in.�

La Toya says her family will file a civil lawsuit against anyone they believe is responsible for Michael�s death.

�I am going to get down to the bottom of this,� she said. �I am not going to stop until I find out who is responsible. Why did they keep the family away? It�s not about money. I want justice for Michael. I won�t rest until I find out what � and who � killed my brother.�

La Toya also is ready to resolve the custody battle between her mother, Katherine Jackson, and Debbie Rowe over Michael�s two oldest children, Prince, 12, and Paris, 11. La Toya confirmed that Blanket, 7, was conceived with a donor egg and donated sperm. His true biological parents are not known.

�These are not Debbie�s kids,� she said. �They don�t even know she�s their mother. Like everyone else in his life, she was motivated by money. She has always said she�s not their mother. My understanding is that she will now go after the kids. I know a few things about Debbie, and I will prevent that from happening.�

La Toya says she is determined to find out the truth behind her brother�s untimely death.

�I�m doing what I can to find out how he died. If he died of a drug overdose, then I want to find who supplied him the drugs and who first introduced him to them,� she said. �We�ve still not had a chance to speak to Dr. Murray about Michael�s final days. I need to know what he may have seen or heard.�

She added: �Michael didn�t have to die. We are all mourning his loss, more than anyone can ever know. But we are also determined to get to the bottom of what happened to him.�

La Toya also claims that there was a conspiracy to kill Michael for his money. La Toya said millions in cash and jewelry were taken from his home.

While speaking on how Michael Jackson�s children have dealt with the loss of their father, LaToya slipped out some information that points to the obvious.

When asked about Blanket Jackson, Toy-Toy said, �Blanket is adorable and is coping fine.�

But when asked about how her brother�s youngest son came from a donor egg and donated sperm, she got quite chatty.

She says:

�Michael didn�t want to know who the biological parents were. They took eggs from a donor and I believe the sperm came from one of five donors picked from a book. I don�t know who carried the child and if the surrogate knew whose child she was carrying. Michael was proud of Blanket and of all of his children. They were his prime concern.�

I mean, anyone with eyes could figure out those children were not is, but I�m not sure Michael would want members of his family telling his business.
