Warhol is the most famous pop-artist who was trying to mix in his salon features video, art and music. It was "non-mainstream and non-traditional art".


Spanning the entire career of the legendary artist, Andy Warhol Retrospective brings together approximately 200 works from the early 1940s through 1986, including examples from such landmark series as Campbells Soup Cans, Marilyn, Jackie, Mao, Flowers, Disaster, and Self-Portraits The exhibition also includes Warhols early drawings, as well as the first groundbreaking hand-painted, black-and-white works depicting common objects of the early 1960s. Of particular focus are the 1960s Disaster paintingsincluding Suicide, Electric Chair, and Car Crashand groups of work seldom seen together, such as Most Wanted Men.
